Dr. Matisa Wilbon is a speaker, author and educator. 

 

She currently serves in her local church as an elder and assists in the areas of ministry, leadership development/training and intercessory prayer. Dr. Wilbon earned her Master's degree and Ph.D. in sociology from The Ohio State University and has a unique way of communicating her sociological scholarship practically to transform families, communities and churches.

 

Dr. Wilbon is an author who recently published her most recent book entitled #Undefeated: Prayer Never Loses. The book is crafted to give readers an inside look into the power of prayer, its relevance to society and its undefeated status. Within the ring of life, prayer allows us to fight to win. Prayer never loses! 

 

Dr. Wilbon's most important achievement is that of wife to her husband, Mr. Lawrence Wilbon (Business Developer at Father's Inc., Atlanta, GA) and mother to Deshawn and Taiya Wilbon.
